Have you seen good success with body hair to scalp transplants?
You can have a successful BHT FUE procedure.
Nov 22, 2023
FUE hair transplants are getting more advanced, and body hair transplant (BHT) is great for those who don’t have enough donor hairs on their scalp. However, not every FUE surgeon is adequately equipped for BHT yet. You need to be thorough in your research for the right clinic/surgeon for it.

Check out some BHT results in the link attached to this: successful BHT is absolutely possible.

Jawline filler for jowls – how to remove?
Hyaluronidase is your best bet.
Nov 21, 2023
I’m sorry the procedure gave you an undesired result. There are a couple of things you can do to remedy the situation.

1. Hyaluronidase (Hylenex): Considering the slight prominence caused by the additional Radiesse, one effective option is to consult with your provider about using hyaluronidase, such as Hylenex. This enzyme can help break down and dissolve the filler, providing a targeted solution to address the specific area of concern.

2. Massage: Gently massaging the affected area is a…

Retrograde Alopecia? Or do most donor areas have some miniaturization/normal?
Hard to tell without shaving.
Nov 21, 2023
It’s challenging to determine the presence of retrograde alopecia without a proper examination. To get a better understanding, your surgeon may recommend shaving the area to assess the extent of miniaturization.

Some degree of miniaturization in the donor area can be normal, and not every case leads to retrograde alopecia. It’s great that you continue using finasteride, as it will help manage and prevent further hair loss, especially in the donor area.

Considering your concerns, you could…

What are my options to remove bad cheekbone/ lateral cheek fat transfer?
You have a few options.
Nov 13, 2023
Some options for reversing bad cheekbone and lateral cheek fat transfer include:
– Micro liposuction/Surgical intervention: An experienced plastic surgeon can surgically remove the excess fat to achieve your desired result. The surgeon would have to remove the lumps from inside the mouth.
– Fillers: Hyaluronic acid fillers can make the look aesthetically acceptable. If you would rather avoid surgery, it is a non-surgical, minimally invasive method.
– Morpheus 8/Emface: Morpheus and Emface…
Can I still get the Morpheus 8 if I took Ibuprofen a couple days before the procedure?
Reschedule if possible.
Nov 13, 2023
It’s recommended to stop taking any blood thinners, including NSAIDs, for at least a week before your Emsculpt treatment. Ibuprofen is an NSAID, so if you can reschedule your appointment, I’d suggest doing so. Using blood thinners before the treatment session significantly increases the risk of bruising and swelling. Those will go away eventually, and you can use arnica gel to help with it, but it’s best to avoid the treatment so shortly after taking Ibuprofen.
Is Emsculpt Neo safe for organs?
Emsculpt Neo is Safe for Most People
Nov 10, 2023
Hello, it’s understandable to seek clarity on the safety of Emsculpt Neo. The high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy emitted through Emsculpt Neo is generally considered safe for organs.

It’s designed to target specific muscle groups and adipose tissue, primarily affecting the musculature rather than internal organs. The small applicators penetrate up to 4cm, while the large applicators penetrate up to 7cm. This limited penetration depth is a key factor in minimizing the…

Morpheus 8 with possible scleroderma?
I’d be cautious.
Nov 8, 2023
I wouldn’t suggest going through with the Morpheus 8 treatments due to potential risks. The small Morpheus applicator penetrates only up to 4cm, and the large applicator penetrates up to 7cm. Although it’s not deep enough to affect most organs past fat and muscles, I’d still practice caution. Morpheus uses a technique that involves penetrating into the skin’s layers, which can potentially cause damage and interfere with blood flow. This may be particularly concerning for someone with…
Is my donor area too thin for hair transplant?
Doesn’t appear too thin.
Nov 8, 2023
Hi there! Based on the photos you’ve shared, it doesn’t appear too thin, but for a more accurate assessment, additional pictures and a closer evaluation would be beneficial. Consulting with a dermatologist is advisable, as they can provide a thorough examination and may also prescribe minoxidil, which could potentially improve hair density.

Upon closer examination, if the donor area presents challenges for a conventional FUE hair transplant, it’s worth exploring alternative options. One…

Is it safe to do BBL Skintyte after Morpheus8?
Wait at least 2-4 weeks in between treatments.
Nov 6, 2023
BBL Skintyte and Morpheus8 are both non-surgical cosmetic procedures that are aimed at addressing skin laxity and improving the appearance and texture of the skin on the face and body.

BBL Skintyte uses light energy to gently heat the dermal tissue, stimulating the body’s natural collagen production, while Morpheus8 uses microneedling and radiofrequency energy to deliver deep fractionated skin rejuvenation.

While both procedures are safe and effective, it is recommended to wait a certain…

Considering multiple hair transplants to minimize damage to native hairs. Is this safer?
The Shock Loss Is Temporary
Oct 31, 2023
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the potential stress on your native hair during a hair transplant.

Firstly, it’s important to note that the stress-induced shedding, known as shock loss, is a common occurrence after hair transplantation. This typically occurs due to the trauma of the procedure and can affect both transplanted and existing native hairs. However, it’s essential to understand that shock loss is temporary, and the affected hairs usually begin to regrow within 3-4…
