This patient came to see me to address her breast shape and asymmetry. I performed a bilateral breast lift, or mastopexy, to restore her breasts to a youthful shape. To further complement her aesthetic outcome, I liposuctioned the superior and lateral portions of her breasts. She is still able to wear the same size bra.
