This patient lost over 125 lbs and was not happy with her loose abdominal and breast skin. She also had multiple children and wanted her old stomach back. She wanted her breasts lifted, but not augmented with an implant. We did liposuction the abdomen and flanks, combined with a tummy tuck and breast lift/mastopexy.
