23 year old Indian male shown before and 3 months after chin augmentation (with placement of an extra-large Implantech extended anatomic chin implant) and liposuction of the neck. The 1.5 hour surgery was very comfortably performed under light IV sedation, through a 2 cm (<1 inch) incision under the chin.
