18-24 year old woman treated with Asian Rhinoplasty with DCF. Patient had a small dorsal hump that was taken down and her nasal bridge was augmented with DCF graft made from cadaveric rib cartilage. The nasal tip was augmented with a septal extension graft and tip grafts from the patient's ear.
