This 59 yo desired a slimmer frame and more shapely buttocks. She underwent liposuction to her circumferential trunk and inner thighs and fat grafting to her buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). A total of 5600cc of liposuction aspirate was obtained and 463cc of fat was grafted to each buttock.
