You would benefit from a beard hair transplant. The number of hairs grafts that you require will depend on the overall density of beard that you desire. There are no medications that have been proven to improve beard growth alone but you could try applying minoxidil your face to see if it helps. There are several techniques in double eyelid surgery but unfortunately the minimal incision techniques have a high failure rate in the long term. Septal perforation can occur after septoplasty or rhinoplasty. I recommend that you visit with a board certified facial plastic surgeon who has experience in repairing septal perforations. Your options include doing nothing, having a septal button placed, or having surgery to repair the hole.
