60 year old woman who had paramedian forehead flap surgery to reconstruct her nose deformity after removal of large skin cancer. Skin cancer can be devastating and radically change a person's appearance. Proper surgical planning and meticulous execution can restore the face to normal appearance and the nose to normal breathing.
