If they are all post op pictures it does appear that you have extra skin and abdominal wall laxityYou may need a fleur de lis abdominoplasty to best contour your abdomen if this is the case.

There is some correlation however breast tissue and fat may have different weights with the same volume. Its best to find a surgeon with a sizing system where you try on "implants" to get an idea of what volume would look like and what the weight would feel like.

Hi make sure your weight is stable for at least 3 to 6 months before pursuing surgery.Also trying to get your BMI as close to and possibly lower than 30 will decrease your risks for medical complications from surgery.
If you meet these criteria it appears you may be a good candidate for a FDL or extended abdominoplasty as well as a breast lift.

Hi, I can understand your concern with the appearance of your breast following your reduction.
However this tethering can happen at the triple point. I have seen it in my own patients and also in consultation from some of the top plastic surgeons around.

If you are still having symptoms of large breast and your BSA (Body Surface area measurements) correlate with the a volume of reduction that would be covered , it is possible that you can have your procedure covered.
There are a few asymmetries noted that can be improved or if you are interested in a cosmetic improvement and this probably will not be covered be insurance however a surgeon can try to get this covered through an appeal process if the shape and appearance is causing you distress.

Hi from the looks of your pictures you had a submuscular augmentation. I am not sure but the right breast implant looks bottomed out and the left breast looks like its hanging over the implant.
Its hard to make out with the large flowers overlying the areolas but from the limited views it appears you may need a breast lift or a dual plane release on the left.
If the right implant is bottomed out you may need to have mesh reinforcement on the bottom and re-creation of the inframammary fold
