This is a 50 year old female who has a history of undergoing an abdominoplasty in south america. Before and after pictures are after revision abdominoplasty and bilateral breast augmentation with mentor, smooth round moderate plus implants in the subpectoral position (300cc) dual plane. Notice breast pseudoptosis preop that improved. A patient with pseudoptosis (breast tissue below the inframammary fold as opposed to true ptosis where the nipple/areola complex is below the fold) can avoid a breast lift if a large enough implant and dual plane approach is used. Notice a natural looking belly button.
