This patient has moderate medial fat pads that required reduction and a small amount of excess skin.
She did not have an adequate pre-tarsal shelf on which to place eye shadow.
She is shown 6 weeks post-surgery after an upper eyelid Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift)
She now has a more symmetric and crisp upper eyelid crease, less medial (toward the nose) fullness after fat pad reduction, and has a shelf on which to place eye shadow.
The result is natural, and pleasing.
This patient also underwent lower lid and mid-face fat grafting and 30% TCA Peel. So her skin quality is improved as well as her lower eyelid wrinkles and hollowness.
