This lovely 17 year old young woman wanted to improve her profile. She sought a more feminine profile and improvement in the position of her nasal tip. She underwent open rhinoplasty and had her bony and cartilaginous dorsum reduced along with repositioning of her nasal tip. She is 2 months out and healing great!
