This is a 22-year-old competitive weight-lifter who had A-cup breasts and wished to be a large C-cup with moderate roundness. Using an incision at the base of the areola, 415 cc high-profile silicone implants were placed under the muscle. Because she is a weight-lifter, we selected a more cohesive implant (Allergan Soft Touch SSF) to minimize the possibility of animation deformity.
