Vaser is our preferred treatment for bra rolls.  It can be performed under local anesthesia and is a very comfortable and easy procedure for our patients.We tend to choose Vaser over all other liposuction options for the bra rolls because Vaser leaves the connections between fascia and skin intact, and without that, any loose skin will often droop significantly when fat is removed, creating deep folds. Vaser creates a smoother, tighter result in our experience.

SculpSure is what I would have recommended based on your photos. If the results are disappointing, I would point you toward laser lipo. The only other thing I would say might be worth considering is EmSculpt - and I say this because you mention that this fat appeared when you quit being as active. In my experience, the body continues to fluctuate and change quite a bit during the first 6 months after having a baby, and for longer if you're still breastfeeding after 6 months. Your best results are going to come from first achieving a stable weight and allowing your body to drop some of the water weight and for skin to "bounce back" to the extent that it will on its own.I know this can be frustrating, but you'll be much happier if you allow things to settle naturally on their own first.

Most respectable injectors will deny to inject you while you're pregnant because while we don't believe there should be any interaction with the baby, there simply hasn't been any studies showing it would be 100% safe - and we don't want to risk it.The same thing goes with breastfeeding.

There is a concern after injections that filler may have blocked a blood vessel and can cause really serious damage. So do be sure to see your injector and/or send them photos right away. It's pretty easy to spot, but important to catch early.That having been said, the lips are full of blood vessels and very easy to bruise, making swelling and bruising very normal for post-injections for 1-3 days.
