Bra rolls are a big concern for a lot of women. Laser liposuction and power-assisted liposuction under local anesthesia are the keys, in my experience, to removing this fibrous fat. Not only am I able to put the patient in the right position to get all of the fat out, but these tools make it easier to break up the fibrous bands within the rolls and also tighten the loose skin that these rolls often leave behind.
