A ‘saddle’ nose, where the bridge of the nose is not elevated, can be distressing to some patients. This patient complained that it was difficult to keep her glasses positioned properly. In addition, the tip of her nose was a bit dropped, or ‘beaked.’ If the physician understands the anatomy of the nose and what equipment and fillers to use, these issues can be quickly and painlessly corrected with just a small amount of filler. This patient had just 0.5 cc of Restylane L, injected with an insulin syringe using a very tiny needle.
