This patient has always felt dissatisfied with the depression at the bridge of her nose, and would be happier with a perkier nose tip. With just 4 tiny injections with a syringe used for insulin injections, she had a painless and subtle correction with 0.5 cc of Restylane. Using a tiny needle and injecting slowly and in very small amounts at the proper depths (supraperiosteal over the bridge, subdermal at the tip), side effects can be avoided.
