What Causes the Bright White Spots on Teeth
Bright White Spots after whitening
Oct 9, 2018
When teeth are whitened, you can have white spots appear from dehydration of the teeth during the process.  The whitening did not cause the white spots.  They were there before but not as visible.  With some whitening processes, the whole spots can get better by continuing the whitening process until it blends in more.  There is also a great in office process to remove the spots that do not blend.  It is called Icon.
Temporary bridge too big, can the dentist fix it before it's permanent?
Temporaries over implants
Jul 27, 2018
When implants are placed after teeth are extracted, you will loose bone. When you loose bone, the temporaries must be made longer to fill in that new space. When you lip is down, the teeth probably look great. It is nice you do not have a smile line that shows your pink gums. You should talk to the restoring dentist about what you like about the teeth and what you wish you could change. Some of the changes may be possible.
Composite veneers feel too thick/bulky in my mouth, can they be thinned out?
Veneers feel bulky
Jul 19, 2018
Visit with your dentist.  Discuss what you are feeling. They may be able to be thinned out and adjusted. They may be bulky to fill in gaps, cover up a bad defect or dark color so thinning may not be an option.
Is jaw pain normal after receiving permanent veneers? What would be the next steps if I have to
Jaw pain after veneers
Jul 19, 2018
It sounds like your veneers have changed your bite. Call the doctors office and ask to be seen to see if you may need them to adjust how the teeth fit together. This can happen while you are numb and can not feel if the bite is correct. The adjustment is very simple to do.

Loose screw on my Implant temporary

A loose screw can be a problem. The screw can break and be difficult to retrieve or the movement of the temporary crown can cause destruction of the bone around the Implant. Have the Implant doctor see you to evaluate.
