Where would I get Botox for this crease on my face? Or Fillers?
Tear trough - Filler

Hi Rachel_b,
You're correct definitely not bunny lines, by the picture you posted it seems you have some hollowing of your tear troughs. I typically use Restylane and/or Restylane Lyft for this area, both of these products are hyaluronic acid based fillers.

Will the injector be able to massage it out, or will it need to be dissolved

Thanks for you question. I suggest that you see your provider to either massage it or reverse it with hylenex.
It can be a delayed inflammation response from Vollure. If it is a delayed inflammation response it most likely won't improve until it is dissolved.
I hope that helps. Good luck

Therefore sculptra is a better choice for you.
Cost will vary and ranges from 800.00 to 1000.00 per vial. You will need...

Is it possible that collagen producing treatments just don't work for some people?
Sep 26, 2018
Absolutely, collagen is produced by fibroblast cells. As we age, there is an accumulation of senescence cells (i.e. cells that are non-functioning) therefore they cannot synthesize collagen anymore. The amount of senescence cells in ones tissue will vary. Age, lifestyle, and the amount of exposure to pollution and sun, genetics, and stress are the varying factors.

So many things to consider:
As we age our connective tissue changes, and can become heavier and may require more product to lift that tissue.
What I have found in my practice is that there are some people that will metabolize filler quicker than others and may need to change the filler choice (i.e. radiesse, voluma these have higher G-prime and Vycross technology which takes longer to break down)
I also found that when the Company states the longevity...
