Our patient came all the way from Canada to undergo our proprietary SHI Phase-Out System for acne scarring.
Surprisingly, he had already undergone Taylor Liberator deep-layer subcision with another physician in America. However, this treatment alone did little to lift his atrophic scars.
Acne scar treatments provide synergistic improvement if performed in the right sequence and combination. Before having him undergo deep-layer subcision with us, we pre-stimulated his skin with CROSS treatment utilizing our in-house deep chemical formulas. We then performed multi-level subcision, including the Taylor Liberator as well as other newly invented SHI acne scar dissectors. Finally, to top off all his treatments, we injected a biostimulatory filler to further stimulate collagen production and prevent retethering of his scars.
These were his results after undergoing our triple-phase approach to acne scarring. His scars are practically flat at this point, which makes him a great candidate for laser resurfacing to "polish" out his skin.
