You would only need surgery to lift your breasts if they are sagging and bothersome to you. Some womens’ breasts after pregnancy do well and go back to their pre-pregnancy contour, and some womens’ breasts change dramatically after pregnancy and develop loss of volume and sagging. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breasts, it would be best to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon. Hope that helps –

It is really difficult to say what may be wrong, if anything, without examining you. Possibilities include nothing wrong at all to muscle strain, seroma, capsular contracture, or even implant rupture. Would be best to go see your surgeon for an evaluation in person. Hope that is helpful

The short answer is absolutely. The longer answer is that regardless of what type of implant is used, perfect symmetry is almost never possible. The goal is to try and improve the asymmetry, and to try and get the breasts as symmetrical as possible. With this in mind, silicone gel filled breast implants are used all of the time to treat breast asymmetry. Hope that is helpful –

For very large breasts that are causing back pain, breast reduction is certainly an option. Would be a good idea to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a candidate for this.

Tummy Tuck scars do not completely go away. In most people over time they improve tremendously though. Most of the time incisions can be designed to create a scar that is strategically placed to be hidden under most clothing. Hope that helps –

Liposuction of the flanks is not always done with a tummy tuck. Some people have very little or no bothersome extra fat in the flank areas; in this situation it is not done. Some people may have some extra fat in the flanks which they do not care about. It is only if there is excess fat in the flank area that is bothersome to the patient that liposuction would be done. A “skin pinch”, or pinch blepharoplasty, is a very effective way of removing excess lower eyelid skin. However it seems in your situation the wrinkles are only present when smiling and not at rest. It would be best for you to be examined to determine if you truly have any lower eyelid skin excess at rest, as this may not be apparent from your pictures. Placing a breast implant over the muscle has a much higher rate of capsular contracture, there is less soft tissue on top of the implant, increasing the chance of feeling the implant through your skin (particularly with larger implants as you are considering), and more interference with mammograms. In general, I do not think there is much benefit from placing implants on top of the muscle. Hope that is helpful –

Looks like you are a great candidate for liposuction. Liposuction is ideally used for stubborn areas of fat that are difficult to remove with diet and exercise alone, and with good skin tone.
