Airsculpt is just a trademarked name for liposuction using tickle lipo (power assisted liposuction) and now they have added Renuvion. The results depend more on the surgeon evaluating and performing your procedure.

I would definetly recommend Renuvion with Liposuction for you as you do appear to have loose skin.

PAH from Coolsculpting - any treatment recommendations to fix this?

PAH is typically fully cured with TRADITIIONAL LIPOSUCTION. Certain liposuction techniques such as power assisted liposuction or vaser might facilitate removal of PAH, they ARE NOT necessary, despite what some providers are claiming. Your wish pic looks achievable with a dodal reduction and cephalic trim. You do not need deprojection maneuvers to achieve this look. Maybe he meant he wouldn't advise deprojection, not that it was impossible. In deprojecting the nose you run the risk of destabilizing the support of the tip and compromising the airway if it is performed in an over aggressive method.

Generally I recommend 2 weeks off work for a tummy tuck. The second week patient can often have small daily outings or a meeting for an hour or two. It really just depends on how intensive your course load will be following spring break. You wouldn't want to travel more than an 2 hours away from my surgeon during this period, and you wouldn't want to have any exams or major assignments.

I think you could have a nice result with liposuction and Renuvion/Jplasma skin tightening. There may be a small amount of excess skin at the bottom fold, this could be addressed with a mini tummy tuck either at the time of the initial liposuction or latter. The only downside is this would no allow for plication of the the upper abdominal muscles; to do this you would need a full tummy tuck.
Would I be a candidate for a mini tuck or would I be better for a full? Would I possibly need lipo?

You would be best served with a full tummy tuck, as you have laxity above your belly button. You could add liposuction with renuvion skin tightening to your flanks and lower back to really bring in your waist.

A scar revision or basically a mini tummy tuck with lipo would be an excellent option for you. Normal recovery 5-7days. It is a lot easier off a recovery than a full tummy tuck as there is no muscle diastasis Hence less pain, And shorter lifting restrictions.

Different practices name similar procedures trademarked names. Nanofat, which is stem cells taken from your fat, combined with prp is possibly more effective for loss than prp and Acell. It is more time consuming and more of a procedures, so more $$$. One popular trademark procedure is the almi procedure. Both nanofat and exosomes may be the future of non invasive hair restoration. But neither is approved by the fda, so must be used off label.

I personally use the harvest system. I gave demoed others such as emcyte that produced high quality prp, but ultimately I found them more cumbersome and not necessary for prp for hair restoration. Maybe they have some benefits when injecting joints. Using a system takes the b guesswork out of there rpm ect. Eclipse doesn't significantly make sense, they claim to extract a higher volume of prp per ml. This just creates more dilute prp. Prp by definition is about 10% of the volume...

No, You do not have true tuberous breast, however you do have a slightly enlarged conical shaped nipple areola complex, which is common, but has some similarities in appearance to the herniated nipple areola complexes in tuberous breast. Your best option is probably some fat grafting of the cleavage area.   If you have to adjust the pocket, particularly since you have textured implants, you would want to change out the implant.

I am sorry to hear about your complication, I know it must be difficult for you.   I have been performing Renuvion/Jplasma for over 2 years with several hundred cases and have not seen this happen.  I have found Renuvion far safer than other alternatives such as bodytite or laser liposuction; however with any energy delivery device there is always the possibility of delivering too much energy and causing an area of burn that results in fibrotic scarring.  I have seen subcutaneous nodules an...

Neither rf microneedling or ultherapy make the necklift dissection more difficult in my experience.   In fact sometimes secondary necklift after liposuction or other procedures have a better defined dissection plane.
