Based on your photos, the drains are in place and should help to eliminate any excess fluid or blood that accumulates.  It does not appear that you have a large collection.  Even after fluid or blood collection following drain removal, the body can absorb small amounts of fluid.  If there is a large amount, your surgeon may elect to aspirate with a needle done in the office.

It is difficult to appreciate your concerns from the photo you submitted.  Generally, it can take several weeks for swelling to subside after liposuction and tummy tuck.  I recommend proper compression garment after surgery to assist in the swelling reduction and skin contraction. If there is still swelling concerns, I recommend returning to your plastic surgeon for evaluation.

I recommend that when a patient has concerns about their appearance, or desires a plastic surgery procedure, they begin the process of finding and deciding who will do their procedure.  Generally, plastic surgeons have a waiting period, which will vary depending on their schedule.  I believe that making a consultation early in your process will allow you to find the best plastic surgeon to meet your needs, which may mean getting more than one opinion as needed.

Patients that have shown keloid or hypertrophic scars are more likely to have that type of scar with any other surgical or non-surgical cut in the skin.  When the breast implant scars are placed under the breasts, it is somewhat hidden, and will make a less visualized scar if it should occur.  Chest scars are typically more of a problem near the midline of the chest.

The tuberous breast patient typically has a tight narrow base of the breast.  In my practice, patients with a mild case may need a breast implant with a smaller diameter to match the general dimensions.  During a consult, a board certified plastic surgeon will evaluate your condition and discuss your interests in implant size.

It may take several weeks for the skin and breasts to settle down and relax after augmentation.  It is too early to consider any secondary surgery at this time.  I would bring the concerns to the attention of your plastic surgeon.  After giving ample time to heal, your plastic surgeon can help to reduce the implant size if needed and/or provide additional breast lift if needed.
1 week post op one boob bruised and swollen and one fine. Is this normal?

It is not uncommon for one breast to have a different appearance in the early post operative period. After 1 -2 weeks any difference should become more equal.  Be sure to ask your plastic surgeon about this during your post op visits.
