SMAS plication and platysmaplasty. Sharp scissor dissection instead of lipo dissection to minimize swelling, dents, and irregularities in the neck. Front post op is at 4 weeks. The side post op is at 2 weeks to demonstrate minimal swelling and bruising with sharp meticulous dissection. Also the incision choice maintains natural hairline in front and in back of ear to allow wearing pony tale.
