After breast augmentation surgery, it is common for the implants to ride high especially 4 days after surgery. Once the implants settle, they will fill in the lower portion of your breast tissue. Follow-up with your plastic surgeon as scheduled. Good Luck

I also recommend that patients wear a sports bra for four weeks after surgery. The surgerical implant pocket has not healed, thus the implant could shift in position. Most patients also feel more comfortable with some compression.

Most patients with a significant weight loss will need an abdominoplasty to remove the excess skin. Many patients early after breast augmentation are concerned about implant placement and size. The breast implants still have to adjust and swelling to resolve. Discuss this issue with your surgeon. Most patients are happy after 3- 6 months

Heavy exercise can usually be resumed after a breast augmentation in 4 weeks. I would recommend discussing when you can resume training with your surgeon before starting to exercise. It can make your recovery prolonged.

I am being told to do silicone and over the muscle. Not sure if this is the right move. Any suggestions?

I prefer to place the implants in a dual plane sub-muscular position as well. Ask your surgeon why he or she prefers the sub-glandular position. The sub-muscular position certainly has less complications long term. Good Luck
