I am only basing this on the two pictures provided so please don’t consider this medical advice but a suggestion. You are correct that the main issue is your overbite. The chin/jaw being smaller has not given enough support to the lower face which makes you look older than you are. While a deep plain necklift and chin implant could help mask the problem I would first recommend seeing a jaw surgeon about a possible sagital split osteotomy to bring your jaw forward. I do not know anything specific about your surgery. I would recommend you talk to the surgeon who did your surgery about your particular situation but assuming there is no obvious reason for your pain (implant malposition, capsular contracture, infection, animation deformity etc) I find some patients with anxiety listen too loudly to the nerves that have been cut associated with the surgery. Desensitization exercises (PT/OT) and nerve reducers can be very helpful (gabapentin)

The short answer is we have no idea. The long answer is why risk it? Theoretically TCA should not penetrate the skin enough to become systemic and therefore have no bearing on the egg but this is a toxic chemical the burns your skin and why would you want to risk it being anywhere close to a future child?

Your “sad face” abdominal appearance is from excess skin around the belly button relative to the subcutaneous fat. No amount of liposuction will improve it. The only way to fix it is with a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin.

In general most incisions have lumps early on after surgery. They are usually from the absorbable sutures used to close the incisions. They get more prominent in the first several months after surgery as your body brings in cells to dissolve the sutures. In general I usually recommend tummy tucks when considering abdominal liposuction but every person is different. If your skin has no stretch marks, feels stiff (not stretchy) you might be able to get away with just liposuction.

As long as you do not stress the repair for at least 6 weeks and the stitch used lasts at least 6 weeks it should not matter. The duration and strength of the repair usually depends on the strength of your own fascia not the stitch.

It is never too early for any procedure if it is applied to the correct situation. #1 mini facelifts are stupid. They usually only put tension on the skin and will result in early relapse of whatever they were trying to fix. #2 I am not convinced you need a facelift at all. Having never seen you in person and only looking at the photos my guess is that you are struggling to find a doctor that is confident they can change your nose for the better as your nose is already very cute. Thank you for the question. The pictures you show are mostly of women with natural large chests some of which have had breast augmentations as well.
