Proper consultation and close up evaluation would provide the most accurate treatment plan. In this case and based on your pictures, I start with midface volumization in order to achieve the best lifting effect. Fillers will be injected deep, preferably on top of the bone for the best result. Meanwhile, consider Botox treatment in the case of a strong masseter muscle (chewing muscles). I recommend to see your injector for further assessment. in most cases the swelling should resolve within two weeks post injection. They might need to consider hyaluronidase in order to dissolve some of the filler. In general, it's difficult to make an recommendation without seeing and examining the patient.

Microneedling would be an additional tool for the acne scar treatment. I would prefer combination of PRP or medically graded growth factor with mirconeedling for an optimal result. Other approach such as subcision, laser (in lighter skin type patients) and filler would definitely improve the outcome.

I would prefer Restylane over the Restylane lyft for any correction around the eyes. Meanwhile, I suggest to wait for about two weeks as in most cases the swelling will go down. If you still experience the bump or irregularity then you should return to your doctor and consider dissolving the Restylane for the optimal result.

In most cases multiple treatment approach required to achieve the optimal result. The skin type plays a big factor in treatment. Unfortunately the darker skin type patients will anticipate more adverse events with laser related approach. In our practice we combine microneedling with medically graded growth factor or PRP, subcision, TCA CROSS and filler to smooth the surface. These are considered safer treatment plan with minimal down time.

The swelling which mostly seen around the eyes are normal phenomenon due to the inflammatory reaction which lead to collagen stimulation overtime. In our practice we consider short term steroid treatment if the swelling is effecting the vision. Otherwise the body inflammation response will lead to more collagen production and improved result. Keeping the head elevated, applying ice, avoid salty food would also minimize the swelling reaction.

The headache might be as a result of the pulling effect on the muscles between the eyebrows. It is not a common phenomenon but I have seen it on few patients. Also, on rare occasions the flu like symptoms has been described after Botox injections. I would recommend seeing your injector if the symptoms are not improving or worsening overtime.
