Thank you for your question. We always suggest a combination approach to treating stretch marks. If the area blanches when touched we would suggest an Excel laser that targets the vascularity. This in-conjunction with microneedling with PRP and the use of a lightening cream should give a nice change over several treatments. Thank you for your question. We usually suggest a combination approach starting with microneedling with PRP or a radio frequency laser for skin tightening. Depending on the downtime you can handle, a fractional CO2 laser is another option. Once the above procedures are performed, dermal filler will further smooth the lines. Thank you for your question. An important aspect of using a hyaluronic acid filler is if you are unhappy it can be easily reversed with a few small injections of hyaluronidase. Our experience is that most unevenness/bumps settle within 2-3 weeks. We suggest having it reversed and having a consult with an experienced practitioner who can use a multiple modality approach (Laser, PRP, Dermal Filler...) to create a treatment plan for your concern. Thank you for the question. We usually recommend a small amount of botox in the area with the use of sunscreen and Retin A as preventative measures. It is best to start young with a well thought out treatment plan so see an experienced injectable/skincare specialist to begin you wrinkle reducing regiment.
Is tear trough filler the solution for my lines?

Thank you for your question. If the filler you had injected was placed deep by the nose I am assuming it was Voluma which usually will help the problem. If it was Juvederm then that filler is very hydrophilic and pulls to much water into the area and can increase puffiness. We have seen a nice correction, injecting superficially with Volbella.
