You can also try some creams like Hydroxquinone 4%.
Hope this helps

This can be a simple wrinkle that gets worse over time. It all depends on your age as well. Does any of your parents carry same line ??
This also can be one of the very rare diseases , but I would rule out common ones first.
Hope this helps
Apr 27, 2020
It all depends on how much they are bothering you as well. If all fails , then a biopsy and histologic examination might be needed.
Hope this helps!

The options are :
-More Hyaluronidase
-5 FU
-Steroids
-Antibitoics
There are also some anecdotal reports about RF microneedling helping to dissolve threads and stubborn fillers. You might consider it as well. The worst that can happen is that you don't benefit in dissolving the filler but it would help rejuvenate your skin.
Hope this helps
Apr 17, 2020
I would start with mild chemical peels and go up as tolerated.
Hope this helps.

It depends on location , amount of filler used, and amount of correction needed.
Starting between 20-50 Units on each side is reasonable. If needed more sessions can be done.
It is the same when filling this area. You'd rather under fill or under dissolve than over doing it.
Start low and go slow applies perfectly for this...

The ultimate solution is surgical rhinoplasty of course. But , for the time being a little filler in the hollowness will hide the bump and smoothen out the nose profile.
This can easily be achieved with Hyaluronic acid filler.
Hope this helps.

You have a very mild chin recession. It is not severe or noticeable. It is still bother you , then a chin filler like Radiesse is a great option.
Hope this helps .

-Make sure you avoid the sun as much as possible
-Routine medical grade skin care regiment
- Cheek and cheek...

I am sure over time we'll gain better understand ing and have better quality PCL threads.
Mar 24, 2020
You can continue what you are doing as well. Make sure the microoneedling is deep enough. Consider RF microneedling as well. Adding PRP can help .
Make sure the products you are using are medical grade as well. Vit C is different...

You mentioned that it started 15 years ago. Is there anything that triggered that ??
Also, it seems you tried a lot of good treatments.
Special Lasers can be a good option sometimes but some of them could potentially make the issue worse!
Also, if it is genetic and this is the nature of your skin then it would be difficult to change that. I believe that what you are doing is at least helping in preventing the condition...

Hope this help!
Good luck !

Fractional laser ablative or non-ablative would be a great choice for what you are trying to achieve. Ablative laser would result in a little more down time but the results are usually better. You can achieve the same results with non-ablative as well over time if you undergo more sessions.
