Yes, Botox will help relax the muscle to stop you from making the movement. In addition to Botox, I would recommend adding filler to improve the hollowing and having a couple of microneedling treatments to help with skin texture and tightening.

The number of Botox units really depends on the patient, I can inject anywhere from 10-70 units in the platysmal band area. If you’re not having results, you may also want to consider adding a skin tightening treatment, such as Ultherapy or Profound, as it may not solely be a muscular issue. At my practice, we have great results doing a combination of the two, if needed.
Is it safe to do all 4 CoolSculpting sessions in one day?

Yes, it is completely safe to do all four Coolsculpting treatments (or more) in one day. The majority of our patients opt to treat several different areas and have multiple treatments in the same day at our office. Please note that one treatment will only tackle one area on the body but you can absolutely treat several different areas in one session/appointment. We do recommend waiting at least 8 weeks in between Coolscuplting sessions on the same treatment area.

We recommend the Vbeam Perfecta laser to treat facial veins, rosacea, and redness in the skin. The Vbeam uses Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) technology to deliver an intense, yet gentle, burst of light into the targeted areas of the skin. Patients will see a visible difference with just one treatment but multiple treatments may be needed depending on the patient and their skin condition.

Hi Nicole. We generally suggest that a patient waits at least 6 months after a surgery on the abdomen to do CoolSculpting. The more areas you treat in one visit, the happier you will be. Just be certain that you are prepared to treat as much the second time around. Each area should be treated at least twice to achieve optimal results. So, if your budget only allows for one area and two visits, than that is the better option. However, if you can afford to treat multiple areas in one visit and can retreat in a few months, then you will see great results.
