Hi! Thanks for the question. Usually after that time period, the swelling has resolved. Certain fillers pull in water so they can cause more swelling after injection. Voluma is a great product because it does this the least. You can use hyaluronidase to take it down slowly. You may need a couple of injections before it’s the way you like it. Hi Muffie, You have a nice result with your mommy makeover. It is hard to judge based on a photo, however, fat can be taken from several areas, including your back, arms and legs. The amount needed depends on your goals of your buttock reshaping. You should ask your surgeon and see what he thinks. You can also use filler, ie sculptra, to shape the buttock if you don't have enough fat. Just a thought. Hope this helps!

Great question. This is not uncommon after brachioplasties. Some activities can stretch and pull at the incision, leading to a weakness in the area healing from tension. Your plastic surgeon will definitely want to know and help you heal this area. It often heals very well with proper care. Good luck with everything.

Thank you for your question. Kybella is great for bra fat. It is FDA approved for fat reduction of the double chin area but many plastic surgeons use it off-label for reducing small areas of fat, including the bra-fat area. Similar risks of injevting under the chin apply but injection of bra fat, in the hands of experienced injectors, will be more commonly associated with swelling and possible bruising afterwards. Great observation that the cheeks often need some enhancements as we age and weight fluctuates. For males, the skin and tissues are often thicker and slightly heavier than females. For this reason, you may need more than one syringe to get the look you want. I would suggest Voluma in your cheeks because it lasts longer and often can lift better than juvederm. Congratulations! This is quite an accomplishment. I like the sleeve gastrectomy because it is gentler on your body.
