Also, injection of Botox into the nasialis muscle under the bridge of the nose can also lead to some lifting of the tip. The combination of these two can increase the lifting result.

Since Bellafill is a long-term solution often lasting 3-5 plus years and is non-reversible, only very experienced injectors are least likely to experience problems with it. Injecting under the eyes is an off label application of Bellafill, but can be a long-term beautiful correction if done by an experienced injector, very cautiously.

This would depend on the individual patient. More often than not, a combination of modalities is necessary to achieve the ideal results. An example would be the combination of volumizing filler or fat and suspension sutras or threads, with or without neorotoxins such as botox. In some patients, only threads are needed to accomplish a satisfactory result and in others, only fillers may be required.

Hello, when doing layered treatments with Botox, it's always best to wait until the botox has kicked in. It can take up to 10 days, and Dysport is less for the onset. If the area you are getting botox has nothing to do with the area the threads are going in, ie: forehead for botox and jawline for threads, it will make no difference if you do both the Botox and Threads at the same time.

The chances of bruising when puncturing the skin is never zero. Some patients bruising lasts a few days, some develop over days, get worse before better and slowly dissipate. Give it another few days to a week and if the bruising is still there, go back to your doctor. Arnica is a good supplement to take to reduce bruising.

Scared of thread lift after a review which resulted in permanent dents. Is this common?

Sometimes patients experience dimples in the face from a threadlift that is caused by the cones affixing to the tissues. This is where the tension is and it does relax over time. Not every patient experiences this and if they do, it is common and does go away.

At my practice I do them at the same time, or if someone is very volume depleted, and I think the treads will not lift appropriately, I add filler first then we take a step back and do the threadlift after. Threadlifts are a wonderful option to get lifting and rejuvenation with very little downtime.
