Botox resistance is very rare. For medical Botox we can give up to 600 units of Botox every 3 months (I for comparison, you probably had about 20 units in your forehead). At these very high doses I have seen only 2 cases of Botox resistance in the past 28 years. You can absolutely have your crows done now and the odds of Botox resistance is about one in a million. if your injector believes that you can not, then they probably do not know much about Botox.

Yes, you may now develop wrinkles in the mid and lower forehead since you are no longer injecting Botox in these areas. Your new injector is following the insurance guidelines for Botox Migraine. Most Botox migraine injectors do not know anything about Botox for cosmetics. The Botox Migraine protocol is for 31 sties to be injected with 5 units each for a total of 155 units. The area below and lateral (away from mid face) to your mouth is very slightly prominent. Botox into the DAO's and dermal filler to the inside of this area can help. I assume you have already done this. I would now consider placing a very small amount (0.25 cc per side) of Kybella into the prominent area to dissolve the fat so this area now matches the area medial to it. Your injector should be very skilled with Kybella before doing this.

Steroid into the masseter muscles probably will not help. Steroid into the TMJ joint should help, but requires a very skilled injector using ultrasound guidance.

Your cheeks are starting to atrophy and you are developing jowls. This is a common sign of aging where you go from a heart shaped to a rectangular shaped face. Consider dermal filler injections to your lateral cheeks to help pull up the lower face and widen your mid face. Then consider Kybella injections to your marionettes and jowls to narrow your lower face. Botox to your masseter muscles can also narrow the lower face. You need a very skilled injector to do this.

You have platysmas bands that will pull down your jawline. Botox works great for this. About 10 units of Botox into each of your two prominent platysmas bands should be very helpful. I would also consider a Nefertiti lift where a small amount of Botox is injected into each DAO muscle to lift the outer mouth and a small amount along the jawline where the platysmas bands attach to give you a sharper jawline.

Your injector inadvertently injected Botox into your frontalis muscle instead of your Glabellar muscles. This is why your middle forehead is heavy and this caused your medial (inside) brow to drop. As a result, your lateral (outside) brow looks like it raised (Spock brow). Your lateral (Spock) brow did not get higher - it stayed the same - but it looks raised because the medial brow lowered. You can put a few units of botox above your lateral brow to drop it, but I would just wait a month...

The needle will cause mild pain with each injection. Botox does not cause any sensation. After a few days the muscles in your forehead will not lift your brows as much, and the wrinkles will start to decrease. If you are concerned, I recommend having just a few units of Botox injected in the middle of your forehead and then return in two weeks to add more if you did not have any significant issues. This would be very inexpensive and safe.

You are correct. I would start with just one unit of Botox into your left LLSAN muscle. Very inexpensive.

Your top lip is slightly larger than typical compared to your bottom lip. Some people like that look and others do not. I personally would not dissolve it, but that decision is totally up to you.

I would consider low dose Kybella injections for your marionette lines and jowls. The cost is only about $1000 and the results are mostly permanent. 1.1 ml injected into the fat on the lateral marionette and jowls for 3 -4 visits six weeks apart. Make sure your provider is experienced in these injections.
