Hi, thank you for your question. Filler injected into the nose is very unlikely to have gone to another location, like towards the eyes.
What you experienced is most likely swelling from the filler injection that went down after a week because the choice of filler used was too thin, too little, or injected deeper than required. That is why you don’t see the results you wanted. If you can upload a picture, it would help better answer your question.
Can I use filler to fill in the dent in my nose?

Hi, thank you for your question. Yes, you can absolutely use dermal filler to correct the small dent and raise the bridge of your nose. I recommend Juvederm Voluma for this purpose. This filler can last up to 2 years. Unfortunately there is no filler that will give you permanent results.
