The reality is that there is no one single best chemical peel. For best choice of peel to fit your need, consult with an aesthetic specialist with special expertise in treating hyperpigmentation. There are many peel formulations and some can be tuned or customized for patient tolerance. Be careful with “aggressive” peels as they could make hyperpigmentation worse. Good luck!!
