Labia fillers are always an option depending on the amount of laxity and expectations for the patient. I would call your laxity a more moderate to severe case and would probably recommend a surgical route vs fillers as it would require several syringes per side and would need done probably yearly.

Due to the severity of the ice pick scarring, it would suggest multiple treatments with a C02 ablative laser. If you do not have the down time that comes with an ablative laser, then multiple treatments Morpheus 8 would be a good option as well.

You can treat an area with CoolSculpting as much as you want as long there is pinchable fat in the area. But at some point, realistic expectations come into play. You can never remove 100% of fat cells in one area with CooSculpting and will need to be worried about loose skin if there is truly that much volume to begin with.

We also have seen that pain post CoolSculpting massage with about 5-10% of our patients, but it should go away within about 10 minutes after the procedure. Morpheus 8 is has been known to help remove excess fat in the face, chin, neck, and undereye fat pads. The Radio Frequency that Morpheus 8 uses is meant to help tighten skin, but in turn the heat also could potentially destroy fat cells if set at a proper level. I think Morpehus 8 is great for skin tightening so you shouldn’t be left with any worsening of jowl sagging.

Good question!On someone as young as you, any procedure that helps build collagen will help. Morpheus 8 help with LOTS of different issues and builds collagen, but threading will only help tighten the skin and build collagen over time. Kybella does not tighten skin, but will remove any fat in the area, which doesn’t sound like what you are looking for.

Great question! I think it depends on your expectation. If you are looking for minimal help with your jowling and do not want to have surgery, then yes, threading may be an option for you.But if you are expecting all jowling and wrinkle to be gone, you should consider surgery.

It looks like you only had a labiaminoraplasty done. It looks like you should have also had a clitoral hood reduction done to help with the excess tissue that connects the minora to the clitoral hood. It also looks like there are “dog ears” at the frenulum that were not taken care of at the time of the labiaplasty. I think that would help the appearance. I think it is either your lip anatomy or the technique of injecting the filler. I find that when filler is injected in vertical columns it helps bring the lip up, but could just be your anatomy as well. Either way, your lips look great! It is very difficult to get perfectly symmetrical lips and actually our faces are supposed to be a little asymmetrical!

You are a great candidate for Botox! Botox will help reduce the movement in both of those areas, and if consistant, will help get rid of those pesky static lines. I would start with FDA approved dosing, which is 20-40 units per area that you are interested in.

Great Question! The fat in the area treated is cooled during the treatment. Immediately after the treatment finishes, the body starts to warm the area back to room temperature so it feels cold to touch for just a few minutes. The goal of the treatment is to damage the fat cells as much as possible then your body excretes the damaged fat cells over the three month process. Hope this helps!
