If I do a series of microneedling treatments, should I use PRP with each treatment?

Microneedling without PRP is effective for acne scarring and fine lines. I don’t think it is necessary. I think you still get a great value with microneedling without PRP and it’s less expensive, less invasive, and less time consuming. The key is to do a series of three then maintenance.
Does cold urticaria make me a poor candidate for laser hair removal?

You should be able to do hair laser but you are right it could trigger cold urticaria. Do you have any antihistamines that help? If so you could consider taking them prior to treatment. Have someone else drive if they make you drowsy. Let your practitioner know ahead of time about the cold urticaria and all of your medications. The urticaria is usually temporary so it would be a possible temporary side effect for you. Hair laser works great for ingrowns and shaving irritation.
