Thank you for your question. This is possible paradoxical hypertrichosis (increase in hair density). This can be adverse effect of laser hair removal, it can happen on face and neck and individual with darker skin types. Usually the treatment involves laser hair removal of the effected area with the appropriate laser energy setting – using suboptimal laser energy maybe a triggering factor as well.

Thank you for your question. I think it would be nice to examine your skin in person. But possibly combination of good skin regimen and laser treatment such as Clear & Brilliant that has minimal patient’s downtime would be helpful to brighten your skin and improve its texture.

Thank you for your question. It can be difficult to identify triggering factor for hives. Dysport may contain cow milk protein and if you have allergy to milk that can trigger hives. Allergic reaction such as hives to Restylane/Lidocaine is rare. More detail history and examination needed. When considering under-eye treatment, always good idea to look at the cheek area at the same time and maybe they need to be treated as well for better result. Restylane would be probably the best choice. Using cannula (blunt needle) would be helpful to minimize bruising. Also, less is more.

Thank you for your question. You can massage the lumps gently 2 or 3 times a day between your thumb and index finger and it can resolve over time. If the lumps are visible and persistent you can consider getting it injected by Hyaluronidase (reversal agent) to help with dissolving it.
