It does look a bit diffuse to me- but regardless I think the right thing to do would be to get a work up with lab and hair analysis- start a regimen of laser cap, prescription topicals, and prescription meds and reevaluate. I am seeing more of this type of hair loss on my online treatment platform.
Is there a way to grow my hair back? I don’t think have MPB, but it’s most likely diffuse thinning. (ph

I think you would benefit from a multi-faceted approach with prescription topicals, finasteride and supplements. Consider a hair analysis. We do that in my practice which serves all US states except New Mexico (pending)

In my practice I like to use oral spironolactone for women to block estrogen effect. The best thing to do is to get a good work up if you haven’t to check your hormone access. If balanced, then I like to use Capillus laser cap therapy (the RX model with the most lasers) along with topical solution compounded in a certain way as well a hair supplement like Nurish or Nutrafol. I think this looks more like TE. It should regrow on its own. Consider testing for hormones and using other prescription meds. Please reach out to me with any questions.

It’s not so much the cap, it’s the follicles starting to regenerate. So the hairs that were resting will be shed and new hair will grow. I would recommend other prescription topicals as well as Nurish from Capillus as a supplement. Please reach out with any questions.
