Hi Mariasalem,Thank you for your question.There is really no significant downtime after coolsculpting. Swelling, tenderness, bruising may occur after the treatment. These can be mitigated however, with conservative over the counter analgesics. Generally speaking though patients can resume their normal activities after the treatment. Thank you for your question. Analyzing the submitted views show triangular shape of the face with mild volume loss more so in the lower face than the mid face. Prominent Marionette lines more on the right than the left. There is also mild volume loss in the mid face again more prominent on the right. Without the animation the NLF actually look pretty good.
