Biography: Please welcome Samantha, our esthetician and laser tech from Nashville, TN! Samantha has over 4 years experience as a licensed medical esthetician. Her love for skin health shows in her vast knowledge of treatments, products and skin care ingredients. She is constantly researching new advances in esthetics to provide her patients with the best customized services. Samantha has a 7 year old son, Briggs, who is her world. They love exploring new places, cooking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Biography: Lauren Schengber is a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Cosmetologist. She’s worked in the beauty industry since 2013; conquering hair then moving on to skin care. Lauren attended Bay Style Cosmetology School, formerly known as ROCK Academy in the heart of downtown Fairhope. Lauren later attended Lurleen B Wallace Community College esthetics program and interned under Lori Carney here at Haley Dermatology. Lauren has a passion for learning and passing on knowledge to her patients. Lauren’s favorite treatments are dermaplaning and chemical peels, or both – called a Micropeel.

Lauren loves house plants, animals and the outdoors. She has over 100 house plants, a cat, and an aquarium. Lauren enjoys primitive camping and being near the water. Lauren lives in Fairhope with her boyfriend Andrew.

Name: Glenda Charlton

Biography: Glenda Charlton is a proud United States Marine Corps spouse and a mother of four.
She is a native of Mississippi, but has lived in several states as well as overseas.
Her family has made Daphne their permanent home.

Glenda is a highly skilled Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with more than 10 years’ experience. She graduated from Eastern Virginia College and Northern Virginia Laser School, with honors. Glenda has extensive training in Coolsculpting and is a Coolsculpting Master.

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Alex Huett was born and raised in Arkansas. She recently relocated to Mobile with her husband for his general surgery residency at South Alabama Medical Center. Alex graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Biology in 2014. She went on to earn her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences program. Alex has had a love for dermatology since she was in high school when she was able to shadow a Dermatologist. She then started working as a medical assistant at a dermatology clinic while in college. After graduation, Alex started practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology in Arkansas in 2016. Alex is extremely excited to join the Haley Dermatology team and care for patients in the Eastern Shore area. Along with medical dermatology, Alex will also be providing cosmetic laser services.

Name: Lori Stone

Position: Laser Tech

Biography: Lori Carney is a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician. She has a bachelor degree from Georgia State University and worked as a flight attendant and then a sales consultant for several years. In 2014 she made a career change to pursue her dream of working in skin care. She attended Lurleen B Wallace Community College esthetics program then completed an internship with Haley Dermatology. Upon graduation, Lori was hired as an esthetician and continues to increase her knowledge of skin care. She attends a yearly laser safety certification and keeps current on advanced laser techniques through Sciton’s educational platforms.

Lori’s favorite treatment to give and receive is a Halo and is excited to help patients feel more confident with healthy glowing skin. When not working, Lori likes to spend her time doing hot yoga or walking her 2 dogs, a pit bull rescue named Molly and Kiaser a German Shepard. She lives in Fairhope with her husband Reggie.

Name: Christin Rowe

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Christin Rowe grew up traveling around with her military family, but she now calls Daphne home. She and her husband, Jeremy, spend a great deal of time at sporting events with their 2 sons. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and Physician Assistant degree at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Her PA career started in 2001 in the field of Cardiology. She spent 7 years working in Cardiology, before she found her true calling, Dermatology.

Since 2008, Christin has been focused on learning all she can about skin disorders and skin health. She loves taking care of her patients. They trust her and appreciate the quality care she gives them. Haley Dermatology was delighted that she decided to join our group in 2016. Christin enjoys taking care of children with rashes, teens with acne and adults with skin cancer. Whatever your skin care concerns, Christin will be happy to take of you and your family.

Name: Erin Armstrong

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Erin Armstrong was raised throughout the United States and Europe as an “Army Brat”. She graduated from high school in Savannah, Georgia and went on to receive a BS in Biology from The University of Georgia. After graduating from UGA in 1998, she attended The University of South Alabama where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating at the top of her class.

Erin has worked in several specialties throughout her career, as a Physician Assistant, to include Asthma & Allergy, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine and Dermatology. Since joining Haley Dermatology Group, she has been a real asset. She is seeing patients in follow up for Dr. Haley and Dr. Cepeda. Our patients love her friendly bedside manner as well as her flexible schedule with very little wait time. Erin joined Haley Dermatology in 2009.

Erin lives in Lillian, Alabama with her husband Brian and their two sons.

Name: Seaaira Ott

Biography: Seaaira has been with Haley dermatology for 3 years now. She enjoys helping our patients choosing the best products for their skin concerns and creating a beneficial skin care routine. She has had advanced training in skincare lines such as Obagi medical systems, Skinceuticals, Revision and Skinmedica. Seaaira is also a certified Coolscuplting provider. She has attended CoolSculpting University for the latest training and techniques to help our patients achieve their body goals. Seaaira says that’s she thoroughly enjoys meeting new patients and working with our current patients to help them feel more beautiful and self assured. Her best advice is prevention is just as important as correction!
