Thanks for your question. Although some hair follicles may have been removed with the mole, some of the remaining follicles may also be traumatized from the procedure with the potential for improvement as the area heals. You may benefit from PRP or topical treatments to help stimulate hair growth. Hair transplantation would also be an option later on if the follicles do not recover.

Thanks for sharing your photos. Sorry to hear that you did not get the results you were looking for after filler injections. It often takes several sessions of hyaluronidase to dissolve filler, especially with the quantity of filler that you are trying to remove. Assuming that you had all dissolvable fillers injected, your face should return to its original appearance once all the filler has been removed and the swelling has resolved.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for your question. Sometimes it may take several rounds of hyaluronidase to dissolve all of the filler injected, especially if you are having the filler dissolved by someone else other than the original injector since he/she will not know exactly where the filler was placed. It is a positive sign that you are seeing some improvement after the 2nd injection. I would suggest waiting a few days for any residual swelling to resolve, and then following-up with your prov...

Thanks for your question. Filler tends to last a little longer in the nose than it does in the lip since the lip is a more mobile area. After several months the filler starts to go away gradually, and every person is different in terms of how long the product lasts. If you are unhappy with the appearance, you can either wait for it to go away on its own, or you can speed up the process by injecting hyaluronidase into the area. It may take several sessions of hyaluro...

Thanks for sharing your photos. Upper eyelid swelling can change the appearance of the eyelid crease. As you mentioned, swelling can be related to many factors such as sleep or diet. Fat loss and changes in skin related to aging can also have an effect on the appearance of the eyelid crease. Perhaps you would benefit from some Botox or filler to help lift the brow, which would also have the effect of raising the eyelid crease.

Thanks for sharing your photos. From your description and photos, it appears that you would be a good candidate for a lip lift. The lip lift will give you some additional tooth show when your lips are parted. Given the relative width between your nose and lips, you should be able to get a good lift across the entire upper lip. The lip lift tends to lift more in the center of the lip than the sides, which would give you the look you decribe. The nostrils tend to flare afte...

Thanks for your question. It is possible to dissolve only some of the filler by concentrating and targeting the injections to a specific area and depth. However, it is always possible that some of the enzyme will diffuse to an adjacent area. Be prepared to have more than one session of hyaluronidase to achieve the desired result, and to possibly need a touch up with filler.

Thanks for your question. Hyaluronidase is injected directly in the area to be dissolved. Although the injections are targeted to specific areas, there is always a possibility that some of the enzyme may diffuse to the adjacent areas. If this were to occur, it would be unlikely to dissolve a significant amount of your cheek filler, although you should be prepared for the possibility that you may need a small touch-up.
Hyaluronidase is a pretty straightforward procedure and s...

Thanks for sharing your photos. A lip lift shortens the distance between the nose and mouth. It does not actually increase the volume of the lip, but it makes the lip appear bigger because more of the red portion shows. From your photos it seems as if you would be a good candidate for a lip lift, but it is always best to see someone in person for an individual recommendation.

Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your results so far. Yes it is possible to do a revision lip lift on just one side. Depending on the placement, in most cases the existing scar would be used. Since it has only been one month, you probably still have some swelling. It would generally be best to wait until the swelling has resolved so that you can fully appreciate the asymmetry before undergoing a revision procedure.Best wish...

Thanks for your question. A septoplasty fixes internal deviations and would not affect the appearance of the nose. A rhinoplasty changes the external appearance including straightening the external deviation. A septoplasty and rhinoplasty can be done together. Although rhinoplasties can be performed just for cosmetic reasons, they can also be functional and performed to help improve breathing. When the nasal bones are externally deviated such as yours, this can also affe...

Thanks for sharing your photographs. A month out from open septorhinoplasty, the nose is still very swollen. It is common for asymmetries to be present, and these may even change from day to day as the nose heals. The swelling will take several months to resolve and get the nose closer to its final shape, and it will take even longer for thicker skin types. If one area is particularly swollen, it can sometimes benefit from an injection. If you have any concerns, plea...
