Fix droppy nose tip with Botox or depressor septi muscle?

Using a small dose of neuromodulator at the base of the nose will result in elevation of the tip of the nose. This should last 3-4 months if proper dosing of the neuromodulator is used. The surgical procedure I feel is too risky.

Filler can be used if very carefully placed around the rim of the nostril to make the nostrils a little smaller and s small amount of filler can be placed in the pinched area of the nostril but has to be done with caution and placed correctly to alleviate the “pinched” look
Can filler make nose appear thinner? Also fixes for asymmetrical jaw?

After 2 nasal reconstructions and the other procedures you have had done to the nose, I would NOT suggest any further intervention in the nasal area as I feel this would be without significant risk.In terms of your asymmetrical jaw, some filler along the jaw line on the left side of your jaw may be helpful.
Is my nose suitable for filler or do I need revision rhinoplasty?

A small amount of filler placed centrally and carefully along the nasal bridge would be helpful. This should be done by a doctor with experience doing liquid rhinoplasty as there is some risk especially in patients who have had previous rhinoplasty.

You would be a candidate for liquid rhinoplasty by an experienced physician who is familiar with this procedure and a little neuromodulator at the base of the nose will help raise the nasal tip.
