The only way to prevent your forehead wrinkles is to weaken the muscle that form those wrinkles. Botox is the best treatment, and because of your age, it will work beautifully to not only soften them, if not remove them altogether, and will also prevent them from getting worse. You will have to continue to use Botox every 3-4 months to maintain the results but over time, you will weaken the muscles and most likely require less Botox to maintain a nice smooth forehead....
