Great question. In order to accomplish a lateral eyebrow lift it is important the injector does not paralyze the frontalis muscle too far medially or the lift will either not occur, or worse, the lift will take on an abrupt angle as the medial portion of the eyebrow will drop. It's best to inject within the top 1/3rd of the forehead, approximately 6 units per side, and 2 units at the lateral margin of the temporalis muscle to achieve a lift. Not everyone can achieve a lift, it really depends...
