It is hard to say with out full profile photo. From what is shown in these photos you have a strong frontal projection of the nose so a stronger chin would match your face more.

You have volume loss in your cheek area and skin looseness. First to address is volume loss that can be replaced with fillers like Juvederm in the Y lift procedure. Second is non invasive like ultherapy or radio frequency like Vivace. If you want faster results then suture thread lift can be used as well.

Surgical removal would be most direct way to remove the loose skin. Non surgical option include laser/J plasma lipo to tighten the skin. Suture threads to pull and tighten the skin. All these options would improve your jaw line definition.

Stretch marks are very difficult to get good results. Microneedle with RF in combination of PRP injections offer a good option. The needle can go up to 3mm deep and on high setting will create scabbing but not likely to cause scarring. expect 30-50% improvement with 3-5 treatments.

This is a very difficult problem to correct. There are no good way to get to perfection. HA fillers like Juvederm Vollure can be used to build up the defect. Tattoo can be used to color in the border defect to improve the scar. If the scar is hard on palpation then PRP should be used first to soften the scar.

I think you want the upper lip corners lifted and not widen your upper lip. Fillers can plump up the corners but might create a ridge or line above it. Another option is to try small amount of Botox on the upper lip to relax the muscles and open the corners which should look like it is wider.

Volume restoration with filler such as Voluma in the Y lift technique is the first step. Should get you about 50% improvement. Threads can be done at the same time or as second stage after 1 month of the Y lift. I like Mint and instalift threads used in combination, which should get you to 75% on optimal results. This should last 2-3 years or yearly maintenance for as long as you want.
Can nerve damage or any kind of facial paralysis occur during euro threading of the face?

You should look at what kind of threads used. We use low risk threads that uses non sharp cannulas, these required higher skills to place the threads, but reduce the risk of damage. It is also important to understand the anatomy and avoid danger areas.

You do need more volume in your cheeks, but if too much is injected your face would be too wide. Using threads in combination would lift and shape your jaw line and stay in proportion.
