Will Botox work for headaches caused by hyperactive trapezius muscles?

Botox should definitely work to reduce the size of the trapezius muscles, but it will take many months of disuse and retreatment for that to happen. It is frequently injected in hyperactive muscles or trigger points to calm them down. You can also try Dysport, which works better and lasts longer.
Not seeing results from Sculptra, can I be immune to its properties?

Without any before and after photos to base it on, it is impossible to answer your question. Chances are there are some subtle improvements in your face, skin and underlying structure. Sculptra also continues to show improvement over time. I would return to where you had it done to take a follow up photo and compare it to your preprocedure photo.

Yes, IPL will help even out your tone, brown spots and redness. It will take a few sessions to get you where you want to be. Make sure the area has not been exposed to sun in the two weeks proceeding your treatment and arrive with washed skin that does not have lotion or a spray tan on it. RHA fillers have become my filler of choice for the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and the soft tissue of the face. It acts like natural tissue and makes the face look as though it was photoshopped. Make sure your injector is not heavy handed with the fillers. It is always better to be a little deflated than overfilled.
