Thank you for your question.  You would be a great candidate for a tummy tuck and you are correct liposuction alone would not give you the desired look you are wanting.  You might want to consider doing a two stage surgery and having the fat transfer done first then going back and having the tummy tuck.  I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon. 
Is a tummy tuck necessary? Also trying to decide between a J-plasma lift or implants.

Thank you for your question.    I recommend consulting with your board certified plastic surgeon. Your best approach might be to have the procedures split into two different stages. Thank you for your question.  From the photos and the look you are trying to achieve from your discription I would recommend a lift with an implant.  If you wish to not go bigger you could consult with your board certified plastic surgeon about having a lift with a reduction and putting an implant in to add your desired volume.

From looking at your photos, a breast lift (mastopexy) with areolar reduction would be a great option for you.  You may or may not need an implant depending on if you have enough volume to occupy the space and achieve your desired look.   I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to explore the best option for you specifically.

Hi thank you for your question.  Often times surgeons like for patients to be under a 35 BMI due to health complications.  Your risk increases dramatically with a high BMI.  I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon and see if they have any recommendations to speak to a weight loss doctor or any other suggestions that may guide you in the right direction.

Hi thank you for your question.  Based on your photo it doesn't look like liposuction would achieve the desired look you are probably wanting due to the loss of elasticity in the skin and the ability of it to tighten back up. The arm lift procedure would more than likely be your best option. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I think you could definitely enhance your cleavage with a breast augmentation. Granted the implants can not be closer together than the width of your breast bone so if the hope is to get them closer than that then a bigger discussion should be held. Your breast shape and size appear "normal." Agreed that the breast sits a bit low on your chest but it does not appear to be abnormal in the photos. A breast augmentation seems reasnoable. As noted below the size of implant is based on your measurements, soft tissue, and desired aesthetic outcome. Please make sure you are seeing a board certified plastic surgeon and that you like their before/after photos. This can at least be helpful in evaluating the likely outcome.

I am not sure what you mean by "normal?" Your breast mounds appear symmetric and no evidence of contracture or problem. If you have concerns about the appearance please contact your surgeon for an  in person evaluation.

It is impossible to tell you which would be reasonable for you without an in person evaluation and discussion of the risks and benefits of each. Breast augmentation without a lift?

Depending on how large your breasts were before the weight loss you may be able to "fill" the skin envelope with an implant of significant volume without the lift component. Otherwise the lack of elasticity in the skin may create an unpleasing interface with implant if not having a lift. I would go for an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your skin quality and discuss options.
