Thank you for your question. It appears as though both implants have descended fairly low on your chest wall. This is consistent with bottoming out. I would recommend that you consider revision with internal suspension to provide the adequate support to your implants. The "internal bra" procedure is an excellent way to approach this. Hello and thank you for your question. I see this was during this past summer and I hope things are better. It is best that you seek treatment for the scars no matter what the stage is as they will affect your eyes (with the downward traction). I recommend that you start a series of 5FU with Kenalog. You will need to do this nearly every other week for several weeks. Unfortunately it appears that you may eventually need scar revision of the lower lids and potentially skin graft. I hope t...

Hello, thank you for your question. While it is not possible to determine if you are a candidate with just a picture it does appear that the majority of your upper lip is from filler. It would be best to have the filler dissolved to determine if you are a true candidate for that procedure. 
After my Botox appt I learned the Dr had given me Jeuveau instead w/o my verb/or written consent.

Hello  and thank you for your question. I recommend you consider either radio frequency such as Facetite or a facelift. RF will improve skin quality and provide a moderate improvement with very little downtime. However it will not address the bands in your neck which are from muscle laxity. Good luck!

Hello - thank you for your question. Your breast lift has bottomed out. This is actually a better situation than a  nipple the tits placed too high (near impossible to fix). A revision lift with tightening of the bottom part of your breast will reposition the breast tissue so it has an appropriate relation with the nipple areola complex. Best of luck!

Hello - Thank you for your question. I highly recommend doing a treatment of hyaluronidase and potentially a course of steroids to control the issues you are having with the prior fillers. WE often see these issues with fillers and they can be controlled with the correct interventions. Following resolution of the foreign body issues then a facelift would make the most sense.

Thank you for your question. It appears as though you have both excess skin and fat. This will best be addressed by liposuction and removal of the excess skin, this will be provided by a tummy tuck. Phenol peels are still excellent treatments and there is really no comparison. However they are high risk with the potential for the best result. Patients need to see a surgeon who performs these regularly and can prep your skin appropriately to avoid the most common complication (hyperpigmentation). Best of luck!

HelloThank you for your question. I would not use vollure in the nose. It does not have sufficient structural support to push out a scar. I would recommend evaluation for potential deep resurfacing or scar revision first and if these are not possible I would consider a stiffer easier to dissolve filler (in case if there is an issue) for this area I chose restylane. Best of luck.

Hello - thank you for your question. It is not really possible to tell what makes the most sense for you on your photographs. Double incisions certainly lead to the best long term results but it appears that your natural nipples may be too high and that it would not be possible to go ahead with double incision.  It is best that you get a consultation with a surgeon performing these procedures to evaluate the position of the nipple and the skin laxity. If you are looking for increased volume and improvement in skin texture then sculpture will likely provide you the best result. I would stay away from morpheus (a great treatment elsewhere) as the morpheus will certainly affect the buttocks fat (make it go away). I have seen this in the face. Best of luck.
