Hello
the dimple under your chin is present. It seems more like tethering from inside like a little band. It could have been exacerbated by having filler in upper lip. You ship;d get a good consultation and examination to determine whats the cause of this. It could be genetic and you may find some other family member may have it too.
Still for correction, definitely need detailed exam. Hope it helps.

Your best bet is to get PICO sure treatment done to your face. Its grade 4 Laser by Cynosure/Hologic and works very well for smoothing skin wrinkles/brightening the skin and also has minimal downtime. Recommend x3 treatments 4 weeks apart for maximum benefit but even the very first treatment starts showing great results. My go to Laser for face rejuvenation.Regards

Hello Sorry to hear that your filler migrated from the malar fat pad and is giving you sunken look. It seems that you have less of facial fat and the filler will not hold in place . In your case I would strongly suggest seeing a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon to do Fat fillers.
